About us
The CAK maintains the website of the National Contact Point for cross-border healthcare (NCP) for the Dutch Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS). We are a public service provider that implements schemes for the Dutch government. For more information on the CAK, visit www.hetcak.nl.
Personal data we keep on file
The only personal data we keep on file is your name and email address so we can answer any questions you may have. We do not keep a record of any other personal data. Personal data is information that can be traced back to an individual.
When you use our contact form
If you use our contact form, we will reply to your question or suggestion as soon as possible. We will keep a record of your e-mail address in order to be able to reply to your message. We will not use your e-mail address for any other purpose, and will not disclose it to other parties or organisations.
Cookies
On this website the National Contact Point uses cookies only for collecting visitor data (website statistics). A cookie is a small file that is stored on your computer. An analysis of these data makes it possible to customize the website to suit its visitors. A cookie for website statistics registers the following data on you:
